Cancellations/No Show Policy: Please provide 48-hour notice of cancellations. There is a $50 charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance that cannot be filled with another patient. You are responsible for the full treatment charge for no shows. There is no charge for any missed appointment that can be filled with another patient. Please call in advance if you are running late. I will do my best to fit you in, however, your treatment may be cut short slightly if there is an appointment that follows yours.
Payment: Payment must be made at time of treatment via cash, check, credit card, Venmo and most health savings accounts.
Insurance: WholeSelf does not currently accept insurance. However, a superbill can be provided with advanced notice that
you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
